The Golden Lamp Award (Złoty Kaganek)
On 29th June 2023 we celebrated another Graduate Ceremony of the Faculty of Management, attended by graduates, students and employees of the faculty. Congratulations to all graduates and best wishes for a successful future.
The graduates prepared a surprise for the Lecturers, who received „WuZet” statuettes in seven categories:
- Microphone of the Year
- Joker of the Year
- Groom of the Year
- Golden Lecturer
- Hot Smile
- Soulmate
- Golden Lamp.
It was also memorable for me because I received the most valuable award for the best lecturer, the Golden Lamp (Złoty Kaganek), which was awarded by all graduates of the Faculty of Management in a vote.
It makes me happy because it means that students appreciate my work.
Graduate Ceremony at the Faculty of Management
On 22nd June 2022, the Graduate Ceremony of the Faculty of Management at Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (PBŚ) took place.
This year’s graduates successfully completed one of the faculties offered by the Faculty: management, finance and accounting, management and production engineering. The diplomas of graduation from the Bydgoszcz University of Technology were received by 102 bachelors, engineers and masters.
24 graduates received a diploma with honours, which means that during their studies they obtained an average grade in all subjects above 4.5.
Training in London as a part of the project „Spinaker. A.I. am here”
Between 6th and 8th June 2022, I took part in the training of teaching staff of the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
A group from the faculties of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture (FCEEA) and the Faculty of Management (FM) went to London as part of the project „Spinaker. A.I. am here PPI / SPI / 2020/1/00009”. Module B provides training in English for all the teaching staff involved in the Project in the field of sustainable development in the context of contemporary political and economic conditions.
Orientation Week for Erasmus+ Students
On 1st October 2021, an information meeting is organized for students who came to Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology for Erasmus for the fall semester.
The meeting will take place in Fordon in the Auditorium Novum, Campus Fordon, Prof. Kaliskiego 7 Str., start at 11.00, planned to finish around 13.00.
After this meeting, there is a meeting for Faculty of Management Erasmus students. You are welcomed at 13:30, room 4, at the back of the Auditorium Novum.

Politechnika Bydgoska
On September 1, 2021, the UTP University of Science and Technology has been transformed into the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Bydgoska im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich – PBŚ). The transformation of UTP into a Polytechnic is another step into the future. It is a natural consequence of the dynamic development of the University in Bydgoszcz and its 70-year history. Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology is a university with eight faculties (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Animal Breeding and Biology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology, Faculty of Design Arts, Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering, Faculty of Telecommunications, Informatics and Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Management). Currently, the university educates about 6 thousand students in 35 fields of study. Over 70,000 graduates have left the walls of the university.
Due to the change of the name, a new visual identity of the University was created. The main idea of the new sign combines two areas of science, referring to the identity of the University – TECHNOLOGY and NATURE. The final form of the sign is the hexagon, which often appears in the world of technology or biology. On the basis of this figure, the main sign was built, which also contains the first letters of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology. The identification system of all faculties of the University is based on the graphic structure of the main logo. The individual signs have a separate colour scheme and an additional graphic element characteristic for a given field.
